Sterling Associates, a management consulting services company, will provide consulting, support and assistance to the Three-Tier Task Force, including assessing impacts of the state's current beer and wine sales and wine distribution regulatory system, and proposing changes to that system, documentation of the Task Force recommendations for improvement and next steps, and preparation of meeting materials.
