Member Biography:John McKay, Senior Vice President John McKay has been employed with Costco Wholesale since Costco’s inception in 1983. He has held a variety of positions with Costco including Senior Vice President, General Operations Manager overseeing the Northwest Region, Vice President of Operations for the Northwest Region, and Vice President, General Merchandising Manager over Fresh Foods. He also spent 3-years with Costco in the UK and 1-year in Southeast Asia. John McKay is a graduate of the University of Washington with a BS in psychology, and he currently serves on the Washington Board of Directors for the Special Olympics. John resides in Sammamish Washington with his wife and three children.
