Questions and answers about the Three-Tier Review process

Q: Will the WSLCB Board members be participating on the Task Force?

A: No. Rick Garza, LCB Deputy Administrator, will represent the agency on the Task Force. If their schedules permit, the Board members may attend some of the meetings of the Task Force to observe.

Q: Who will be preparing the report?

A: The final document will be produced by the Task Force. Sterling will assist the Task Force in preparing the draft and final documents.

Q: How can someone who is not a member of the Task Force provide input or ask questions about the Task Force meetings and Three-Tier review process?

A: Written comments received by the Friday before each meeting will be included in a consolidated document to the Task Force members. Written comments will be summarized and presented at each meeting of the Task Force.
