All States Survey Information About Regulations Related to the Distribution and Sale of Beer and Wine

A survey was sent to each state and data is still being compiled to gain an understanding of how other states approach issues raised as concerns in Washington State regarding the distribution and sale of beer and wine. The survey data will be compiled and used to inform the Three-Tier Review Task Force as it develops recommendations about whether the state's existing system should be modified. Posted below is the latest information as of September 2006. As states return completed surveys, new information will be posted.
