Tied House Ownership and Financial Interests
The Task Force encourages the liberalization of the Tied House ownership restrictions, and recommends that the Legislature work with the LCB to arrive at a workable solution.

Assign the work group (internal and external) from Recommendation 2 to also evaluate the Tied House Statute and identify exceptions.
