Introduction

The Three Tier Task Force recommendations were presented to the Board on December 13, 2006.
Eleven recommendations were presentation for consideration. Work groups will be assigned to further examine current LCB practices and activities to respond to some of the Task Force recommendations. Those recommendations related to the Costco lawsuit will be deferred until the Federal Appellate Court rules later in 2007.
