Receipt of all required documents
establishes the priority in which you will be scheduled for
presentation. Liquor Purchasing will notify suppliers of their
scheduled presentation times.
Presentations will normally be scheduled approximately once a month at
Liquor Control Board Headquarters, 3000 Pacific Avenue SE, Olympia, Washington.
It is not absolutely essential for a supplier representative to be
present at the presentation in order for a product to be considered for
listing.
Click here to view instructions for the day of your new listing
presentation.
Suppliers will normally be limited to a maximum of two items per
presentation.
Presentations will be limited to an absolute maximum of 10 minutes.
No listing decisions will be made by the Board during these listing
presentations. Board action will be taken at a regularly scheduled
Board meeting following the listing presentation.
If an item is not accepted by the Board for listing, it may not be
presented again for at least one year. If an item has been
de-listed by the Board, it may not be presented for re-listing for at
least two years from the time it was de-listed.
If you wish to submit samples, we prefer that you send them at the same
time or shortly after you send the required documents. This would
normally allow the product to be tasted prior to the scheduled
presentation. No more than a total of 3 liters of spirits or 3
liters of wines can be accepted (any combination of sizes totaling 3
liters of spirits or 3 liters of wines). If wines are available
only in a size larger than 3 liters, one sample size larger than 3
liters may be submitted.
All required listing materials should be sent to the attention of
