When suppliers submit a request to list a new spirit or malt
beverage, they are
scheduled for a presentation at a New Listing Meeting, held monthly (except for
May, August and November).
After the New Listing Meeting, the committee decides on a
recommendation (to list the product or not) based on the established

and current liquor suppliers via merchandise, alert, product availability
