LIQUOR STRENGTH CONVERSION CHART

  Many of us are confused by the Canadian rating of proof, compared to U.S. proof. Here's how to do it:

1. START WITH PERCENTAGE OF ALCOHOL BY VOLUME
2. TO CONVERT TO CANADIAN PROOF MULTIPLY IT BY 1.75
3. TO CONVERT TO U.S.A. PROOF MULTIPLY IT BY 2
