Olympia Enforcement staff hosted a COLTE – Community Oriented Liquor and Tobacco Enforcement – forum at the Lacey Community Center.
Thirty liquor licensees, law enforcement officers, and local officials attended and learned the SARA (Scanning, Analysis, Response, Assessment) problem solving model.
COLTE forums are part of the Board’s continuing effort to work with licensees and the community to solve common problems that arise from the consumption of liquor and tobacco products.
