• A total of 98 liquor licensed businesses sold liquor to underage operatives.
  
• The percent of liquor noncompliance for January is 15%.
  
• The rolling 12-month average of liquor noncompliance (2/03-1/04) is 18.6%.
  

• There were 350 locations visited during tobacco compliance checks completed in the month of January 2004.
  
• A total of 52 tobacco licensed businesses sold tobacco to underage operatives.
  
• The percent of tobacco noncompliance for January 2004 is 14.9%.
  
• The rolling 12-month average of tobacco noncompliance (2/03 -1/04) is 12.4%.
