checks completed in the month of February 2005.
- A total of 68 liquor licensed businesses sold liquor to
underage operatives.
- The percent of liquor noncompliance for February is 13.4%.
- The rolling 12-month average of liquor noncompliance (3/04-2/05)
is 16.7%.
- 978 liquor compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 2/05 and 149 of them sold to a minor.

- There were 259 locations visited during tobacco compliance checks completed in the month of
February 2005.
- A total of 32 tobacco licensed businesses sold tobacco to underage operatives.
- The percent of tobacco noncompliance for February 2005 is 12.4%.
- The rolling 12-month average of tobacco noncompliance (3/04 - 2/05) is
9.7%.
- 483 tobacco compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 2/05 and 50 of them sold to a minor.
