checks completed in the month of March 2005.
- A total of 114 liquor licensed businesses sold liquor to
underage operatives.
- The percent of liquor noncompliance for March is 16.6%.
- The rolling 12-month average of liquor noncompliance (4/04-3/05)
is 20.1%.
- 1666 liquor compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 3/05 and 263 of them sold to a minor.

| Tobacco Compliance Checks |
- There were 270 locations visited during tobacco compliance
checks completed in the month of March 2005.
- A total of 15 tobacco licensed businesses sold tobacco to underage operatives.
- The percent of tobacco noncompliance for March 2005 is 5.6%.
- The rolling 12-month average of tobacco noncompliance (4/04 - 3/05) is
9.3%.
- 753 tobacco compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 3/05 and 65 of them sold to a minor.
