- A total of 94 liquor licensed businesses sold liquor to
underage operatives.
- The percent of liquor noncompliance for April is 13.8%.
- The rolling 12-month average of liquor noncompliance (5/04-4/05)
is 19.9%.
- 2349 liquor compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 4/05 and 357 of them sold to a minor.

- There were 236 locations visited during tobacco compliance
checks completed in the month of April 2005.
- A total of 14 tobacco licensed businesses sold tobacco to underage operatives.
- The percent of tobacco noncompliance for April 2005 is 5.9%.
- The rolling 12-month average of tobacco noncompliance (5/04 - 4/05) is
8.9%.
- 989 tobacco compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 4/05 and 79 of them sold to a minor.
