- The percent of liquor noncompliance for May is 14.7%.
- The rolling 12-month average of liquor noncompliance (6/04-5/05)
is 19.5%.
- 2920 liquor compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 5/05 and 441 of them sold to a minor.

- There were 241 locations visited during tobacco compliance
checks completed in the month of May 2005.
- A total of 23 tobacco licensed businesses sold tobacco to underage operatives.
- The percent of tobacco noncompliance for May 2005 is 9.5%.
- The rolling 12-month average of tobacco noncompliance (6/04 - 5/05) is
8.8%.
- 1230 tobacco compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 5/05 and 102 of them sold to a minor.
