- A total of 97 liquor licensed businesses sold liquor to
underage operatives.
- The percent of liquor noncompliance for June is 14.28%.
- The rolling 12-month average of liquor noncompliance (7/04-6/05)
is 19.1%.
- 3603 liquor compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 6/05 and 538 of them sold to a minor.

- There were 166 locations visited during tobacco compliance
checks completed in the month of June 2005.
- A total of 7 tobacco licensed businesses sold tobacco to underage operatives.
- The percent of tobacco noncompliance for June 2005 is 4.2%.
- The rolling 12-month average of tobacco noncompliance (7/04 - 6/05) is
8.6%.
- 1396 tobacco compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 6/05 and 109 of them sold to a minor.
