checks completed in the month of July 2005.
- A total of 62 liquor licensed businesses sold liquor to
underage operatives.
- The percent of liquor noncompliance for July is 16.9%.
- The rolling 12-month average of liquor noncompliance (8/04-7/05)
is 19.5%.
- 3970 liquor compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 7/05 and 600 of them sold to a minor.

| Tobacco Compliance Checks |
- There were 137 locations visited during tobacco compliance
checks completed in the month of July 2005.
- A total of 10 tobacco licensed businesses sold tobacco to underage operatives.
- The percent of tobacco noncompliance for July 2005 is 7.3%.
- The rolling 12-month average of tobacco noncompliance (8/04 - 7/05) is
9.2%.
- 1533 tobacco compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 7/05 and 119 of them sold to a minor.
