- A total of 91 liquor licensed businesses sold liquor to
underage operatives.
- The percent of liquor noncompliance for September is 16.8%.
- The rolling 12-month average of liquor noncompliance (10/04-9/05)
is 18.4%.
- 5105 liquor compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 9/05 and 762 of them sold to a minor.

- There were 139 locations visited during tobacco compliance
checks completed in the month of September 2005.
- A total of 15 tobacco licensed businesses sold tobacco to underage operatives.
- The percent of tobacco noncompliance for September 2005 is 10.8%.
- The rolling 12-month average of tobacco noncompliance (10/04 - 9/05) is
18%.
- 1976 tobacco compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 9/05 and 166 of them sold to a minor.
