- A total of 79 liquor licensed businesses sold liquor to
underage operatives.
- The percent of liquor noncompliance for
October is 15.4%.
- The rolling 12-month average of liquor noncompliance (11/04-10/05)
is 17.9%.
- 5619 liquor compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 10/05 and 841 of them sold to a minor.

- There were 284 locations visited during tobacco compliance
checks completed in the month of October 2005.
- A total of 24 tobacco licensed businesses sold tobacco to underage operatives.
- The percent of tobacco noncompliance for October 2005 is 8.5%.
- The rolling 12-month average of tobacco noncompliance (11/04 - 10/05) is
9.7%.
- 2260 tobacco compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 10/05 and 190 of them sold to a minor.
