checks completed in the month of November 2005.
- A total of 108 liquor licensed businesses sold liquor to
underage operatives.
- The percent of liquor noncompliance for November is 18.2%.
- The rolling 12-month average of liquor noncompliance (12/04-11/05)
is 18.4%.
- 6212 liquor compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 11/05 and 949 of them sold to a minor.

Tobacco Compliance Checks
|
- There were 289 locations visited during tobacco compliance
checks completed in the month of November 2005.
- A total of 23 tobacco licensed businesses sold tobacco to underage operatives.
- The percent of tobacco noncompliance for November 2005 is 8%.
- The rolling 12-month average of tobacco noncompliance (12/04 - 11/05) is
5.2%.
- 2549 tobacco compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 11/05 and 213 of them sold to a minor.
