- A total of 111 liquor licensed businesses sold liquor to
underage operatives.
- The percent of liquor noncompliance for December is 18.5%.
- The rolling 12-month average of liquor noncompliance (1/05-12/05)
is 15.6%.
- 6804 liquor compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 12/05 and 1060 of them sold to a minor.

Tobacco Compliance Checks
|
- There were 389 locations visited during tobacco compliance
checks completed in the month of December 2005.
- A total of 39 tobacco licensed businesses sold tobacco to underage operatives.
- The percent of tobacco noncompliance for December 2005 is 6.6%.
- The rolling 12-month average of tobacco noncompliance (1/05 - 12/05) is
8.6%.
- 2938 tobacco compliance checks were conducted
during 1/05 - 12/05 and 252 of them sold to a minor.
