- The rolling 12-month average of liquor noncompliance (5/05-4/06)
is 15.7%.

Tobacco Compliance Checks
|
- There were 185 locations visited during tobacco compliance
checks completed in the month of April 2006.
- A total of 6 tobacco licensed businesses sold tobacco to underage operatives.
- The percent of tobacco noncompliance for April 2006 is 3.2%.
- The rolling 12-month average of tobacco noncompliance (5/05 - 4/06) is
7.7%.
