These Excel spreadsheets contain the formulas used by the Washington State Liquor Control Board to calculate the retail cost of product sold in our stores.

Suppliers can enter the cost per case, and the number of bottles per case in the yellow cells under the correct bottle size heading. The spreadsheet will then display the resulting retail price at the bottom of that column.

Note: There are three separate spreadsheets because the pricing calculation is different for spirits and wine 14 percent and under as well as wine over 14 percent ABV.
