March 27, 2000

Sedro Woolley- The AmPm Mini Mart, located at 836 Moore Street in Sedro Woolley, will begin a 30 day liquor license suspension for selling alcohol to a minor. The suspension begins at 10am, March 28, and will last till 10am, April 27.

The joint investigation, by the Liquor Control Board and the Sedro Woolley Police Department, revealed the clerk sold alcohol to a 20 year old at approximately 1:50am October 25, 1999.

This is AmPm’s third violation for selling alcohol to a minor in the past two years. Their first violation was on 6/22/98 in which they paid a $500 fine and the second violation took place on 8/21/98 in which they received a seven day license suspension.
