SPOKANE COUNTY -
Liquor Control Board enforcement agents
conducted 16 tobacco compliance checks in Spokane County on Oct. 27
and all of the businesses checked refused to sell cigarettes to
minors.
During compliance
checks a 15 or 16 year old enters a restaurant or a grocery store and
attempts to buy cigarettes. If the youth is successful, enforcement
