Press Release

Spokane liquor licensee receives 50-day suspension

January 4, 2005

Spokane
- On Monday, January 10, the Liquor Control Board will implement a 50-day liquor license suspension for the Three Dishes Restaurant and Lounge, 3525 N. Division St., in Spokane.

The 50-day license suspension is a result of four violation notices issued to the establishment for violations occurring in December 2004. The violations were a result of premises checks conducted by both the Washington State Liquor Control Board and Spokane Police Department.
The four violation notices included the following offenses:
  •  2 separate violations for furnishing alcohol to minors,
  •  1 violation for sale/service of liquor after 2:00 a.m.,
  •  1 violation for allowing lewd conduct,
  •  1 violation for licensee drinking on duty.

Please direct questions on this suspension to Justin Nordhorn, Eastern Washington Regional Manager for the Liquor Control Board’s Enforcement and Education Division, at (509) 625-5516.
