Online Spirits Fee Reporting and Payment Available for 3rd Quarter Reporting

The Washington State Liquor Control Board will begin offering online Spirits Fee reporting and payment in time for 3rd quarter reporting.

The Washington State Liquor Control Board will begin offering online Spirits Fee reporting and payment in time for 3rd quarter reporting.We will be mailing the access code needed to set up your online account on October 17, 2012.
In addition to being fast and easy, online reporting greatly reduces the likelihood of errors. Therefore we strongly encourage holding off on filing your report until the online system is available.
Your license requires you file form LIQ-164: Washington Spirits Retailer Sales Summary Fee Report each quarter, including quarters with no activity. This report must be filed separately for each liquor license held.
Reporting and fee payment for the 3rd Quarter of 2012 (July 1 through September 30) is due on or before October 25, 2012. Reports with a fee liability will not be considered submitted until both the report and the payment are received. If you submit your report online but choose to mail your payment, the payment must be postmarked on or before October 25th 2012.
Once the system is available you can login by clicking on the “Tax and Fee Reporting” icon located on the WSLCB website at: www.liq.wa.gov/taxreporting/main and selecting “Enter Spirits Fee Reporting System.”
